You guys- these 50 degree days in Florida have got me all kinds of excited for winter 😁 ❄️ Our thermostat dipped below 70 degrees and the heat got turned on, I also put on my matching Christmas jammies...(we've been dying for some weather that isn't 90 degrees!)⁠

Throwback to last year when we got our dose of cold in New Hampshire. We're trying to plan a ski trip this winter and are always looking for something new. ⁠

He also totally caused a scene at breakfast when he threw a mini tantrum in the buffet line, causing Jeff to drop and try to catch his plate, which he then in turn cut his his hand on...🙈 He's every inch of 2 at the moment. We rallied though in time to meet Minnie, Mickey, Donald and Daisy. ⁠

It's such a fun and special way to celebrate a special occasion or add some extra pixie dust to your family vacation. They gets lots of special attention from their 'Fairy Godmother in Training' and the spin around at the end to see the final product is 😍⁠

🌠It's not just for girls (or girly girls). You're child can also be transformed into a gallant knight⁠
🌠Try to book it well in advance. It books up quickly. If you're not able to get Cinderella's castle at Magic Kingdom 🏰 there's the Bippidi Boppidi Boutique at Disney Springs (which doesn't require an entrance ticket and usually has more availability). ⁠
🌠 If you're aiming to be budget conscious you can bring your own dress from home and get the most basic package which still includes the styling⁠

Themed out like the Louisiana Bayou, there's old Southern charm abound. It adjoins with the French Quarter so you have access to both resorts (pools, dining, etc).⁠

We stayed in one of the princess themed rooms decorated featuring Tiana and her princess pals👑 ⁠

Also check out the surrey bikes for rent 👆 It's more exertional than it looks and Jeff and I spent most of our hour debating who was pulling more of the weight 😆⁠

The Harmony Barber Shop 💈 is located on Main Street in Magic Kingdom and offers standard cuts but also does a 'first hair cut' with custom Mickey ears! We took our kids (age 3 & 1) and thought it was a fun way to mark their first cuts! The deets 👇⁠
🌠 It's about $25 per child⁠
🌠 Reservations required and can be hard to get. But if you walk in, they'll likely give you a return time for that day and you can visit the park until your call time⁠
🌠 Since it's inside of Magic Kingdom incorporate it into an already planned day since an entrance ticket is required⁠
🌠 Appointments last roughly 30 minutes ⁠
